I just got back from a solo trip to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in D.C., and I’m breaking down why the NASA Artemis II mission is one of the most incredible things happening in our lifetimes—and why more people should be paying attention. I’m walking through the full history of exploration, from Yuri Gagarin and Alan Shepard to Apollo 11, the ISS, and now the Artemis II crewed flyby of the moon for the first time in over 50 years.

I also share the story of where I was when Artemis II splashed down, why competition breeds innovation, and why humanity’s best work happens when we actually work together.
